This aggregate, non-personal information is collated by 123Log
Analyser and used by Power Equipment to assist in analysing
the usage of the Network. This software stores a "cookie" in the
browser, which contains a unique identifier. This enables 123Log
Analyser to track the number of unique visitors to the Network.
This information is collected and aggregated by 123Log Analyser,
and in no way does this unique identifier identify a user
personally. Power Equipment does not and will not marry any data
collected by 123Log Analyser with any personal information
collected on the Network. |

4. Using and disclosing your personal information |

Power Equipment will not use or disclose any information about you without your consent, or access your communications on our websites, unless:
Power Equipment and its affiliates recognise the trust you place
in us when you give us personal information. In order to operate
the website or deliver a service you have requested we may
sometimes share your personal information with an affiliate or with
a service partner (such as Capital software, which maintains our

5. "Spam" (promotional email) |

We will not send you "spam" (advertising information) without
first asking you whether you wish to have promotional information
sent to you. If you are receiving promotional information about
Power Equipment or its affiliates and do not wish to receive this
information any longer, you may remove your name from our list by
emailing us on our power.equipment@yanmar.com.au and asking to be
removed from our mailing list. Please allow seven days for this
request to be processed. |

6. Storage and security of your personal information |

Power Equipment will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you, and to keep this information accurate and up to date. Your information is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities.

7. You can access the information we keep about you |

As indicated above in section 3, if you do not log on as a Power Equipment Dealer, we do not collect information that identifies you personally. If, however, you log on as a Power Equipment Dealer, you are able to view your Account profile at any time. If you wish to know what other information we hold about you whilst you have been logged onto the Network, please send an email to us, power.equipment@yanmar.com.au We will endeavour to respond to your request within 5 days. |

8. Power Equipment and links to other websites |

Power Equipment provides links to websites outside of the Network, as well as to third party Network sites. These linked sites are not under the control of Power Equipment, and we cannot accept responsibility for the conduct of companies linked to our website. Before disclosing your personal information on any other website, we advise you to examine the terms and conditions of using their websites. |
