Warranty Period

The limit of the warranty period for the parts shall be six months from the replacement date of the part.

Exemptions:

(1)	Consumable parts are not included in this warranty.
(2)	When a certain part of a defective part is replaced, the replacement part shall not be covered by this warranty.
(3)	Yanmar shall not be liable to any secondary damage derived from the replaced part, even during the warranty period.
(4)	Yanmar shall not be liable to a claim or compensation for damages arising from improper repair or servicing carried out by a distributor or its dealers.
(5)	Parts of machinery where parts other than Yanmar’s genuine parts are used are excluded from this warranty.
