Power Profile

Sealord Rescue
Yanmar Australia
On the day of testing the initial test had 12 passengers on board and achieved 39.5 knots with basic jet settings, then later in the day achieved 41.5 knots with 9 passenger on board and the fine tuning of the jets done. The vessel is fitted with the latest Hamilton AVX Electronic control System with the addition of the Jet Anchor advanced Control System. This allows the vessel to move in any direction at slow speed with the aid of the bow thruster. The engines are controlled by the Hamilton AVX using this feature. The response from the YANMAR CR engines is instant and the operators are extremely happy. At the time of writing this the vessel had completed its 50hr service and is operating faultlessly.
